Summer and winter prices and the general conditions for your stay in a Villa Aurelia holiday apartment, in the centre of Ortisei in the Dolomites

General terms and conditions
Prices in € include: Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen, towels (with a midweek change) and tea towels, parking, ski storage room with boot warmer and free entrance in the swimming-pool Mar.

From 01/01/2014 we are obliged to collect a tourist tax of € 2.90 per person per night for all guests who are more than 14 years old. The tax is not included in the price of your stay.

Short stays
A surcharge may be charged for short stays.

Check-in and check-out
It is our commitment to give you an apartment that is clean and ready to welcome you for your enjoyable holiday. For this reason, we ask you to keep to the following times:
On the day of arrival, the apartment is available from 14:00.
On day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00.

Booking
Only bookings confirmed in writing, accompanied by a deposit, shall be considered valid. Upon paying the deposit, the general booking and cancellation conditions shall be considered included and legally accepted in full.

Cancellation Conditions
In case of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded. (Article No. 1.385 of the Italian Civil Code).
• In case of cancellation 60-30 days before the date of arrival we charge 50% of the total amount (minus the deposit).
• In case of cancellation 29-08 days before the date of arrival, we charge 70% of the total amount (minus the deposit).
• In case of cancellation 07 days or less before the date of arrival, we charge 90% of the total amount (minus the deposit).
In case of late arrival or early departure, the entire sum of the days booked will be charged
We advise you to take out a travel insurance.

We accept cash, debit cards, Visa, and MasterCard.
